  • Orders placed before 1:00 AM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago) will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff time will be processed the next business day.

Handling Time:

  • Orders are fulfilled Monday through Saturday.

  • Handling time ranges from 0 to 3 business days, depending on the product’s availability and order volume.

Transit Time:

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday.

  • Transit time ranges from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Total Delivery Time:

  • The total delivery time is the sum of the handling time and transit time.

  • Estimated delivery time for all destinations (including the US and Puerto Rico) is 1 to 10 business days.

Public Holidays:

  • Delivery estimates will be adjusted to account for public holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • US Customers: We offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders below $50, a flat fee of $5 will be charged.

  • International Customers: Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items in your order.

  • US Customers: Delivery typically takes 1-10 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

  • International Customers: Delivery typically takes 3-21 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at support@bakecrafttool.com.
