Return Policy

Return Eligibility

Products must be unused and unopened to be eligible for a return. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Currency

​

  • All refunds will be processed in USD. The amount will automatically be converted into the customer’s local currency.

Return Process

​

To request a return, contact us at support@bakecrafttool.com. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if applicable. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping Fees

​

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for all products unless otherwise specified.

  • Return Labels: The return label is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise specified.

       Shipping Recommendations:

  • Trackable Shipping Service: We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

  • Proof of Return: Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of return.

  • Restocking Fee: No cost for restocking.

Refunds

​

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment. Non-Returnable Items

​

  • Exclusions: Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale. Gift cards and downloadable software products are also non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

​

  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@bakecrafttool.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item. In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged item to us.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@bakecrafttool.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or store credit.

  • Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send out the replacement item. You will receive a confirmation email with the new tracking information once the exchange has been processed.
